L3 Drama (L3DRM)

Subject Description

Students will work both individually and in groups to develop interpersonal and communication skills.  Students will learn to effectively apply drama techniques to their acting, and perform a convincing role in a scripted production.  Students will apply knowledge of the drama elements and conventions in order to devise their own original piece of theatre.  Students will also have the opportunity to see a live theatre performance as part of their external examination preparation, as well as learn about famous theatre practitioners.

 Pre-requisites: 8 credits in L2DRM (must include AS91213), or with HOD approval
