L1 Drama
Subject Description
Teacher in Charge: Abigail Parsons.
Students will work in groups and develop essential interpersonal and communication skills. Students will develop their acting techniques and perform a role in a scripted production. Students will apply knowledge of the drama elements and conventions to create their own original piece of theatre. During this course, students will also have the opportunity to see a live theatre performance as part of their external examination preparation.
Pre-requisites: Enrolment in 10DRM/10DAD, or with HOD approval

Recommended Prior Learning
Students should ideally have some interest in drama, acting and performance.
