Subject Description

Students will gain knowledge, skills and experience in internal control looking at inventory and accounts receivable subsystem for small or medium entities. Students learn how to use an innovative computer software program, XERO, to process accounting information. There will be opportunity to listen to speakers or visit to local businesses to see how they manage their accounting processes.
Pre-requisites: 10 credits in L1 Maths and 10 credits in L1 English, or with LOLA approval
Approximate Credits: 16 -18
