L3 Curriculum Support (13CSU)

Subject Description

CSU is a course comprised of two main strands. Firstly; self-directed study classes to work on assessments and class work, developing time management, goal setting, self-efficacy and self-management. Secondly, it provides study tutorials, activities and seminars to develop an understanding of how you learn,  set goals,  manage your time and study. You will also have support to develop your understanding of career pathways and your future direction. Please note that credits are not offered in CSU as this is a supported study class.

 Eligibility: Year 13 students. Recommended for students intending to study at tertiary level. Must have Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy. Students who select 13ENL will not be eligible for CSU. Not recommended if Year 13 students are enrolled in double line subjects or three/four practical subjects (Individual approval by Dean and TIC).

Year 12 students: Individual approval by Dean and TIC. Must have Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy. Must be enrolled in Gateway or intending tertiary study in 2026.
