Subject Description

Students will gain knowledge, skills, and experience to: • explore how and why medium - large businesses in New Zealand make operational decisions in response to internal and external factors • conduct market research for a new or existing product • demonstrate understanding and application of motivation theories • demonstrate understanding of cash flow forecasting for a business. Explore critical issues that businesses face and find innovative ways to solve them. 

Pre-requisites: 7 credits in L1BUS or 7 credits L1 English or 7 credits in L1 Social Sciences, or with HOD approval
