Subject Description

This course is for those looking for employment in a kitchen. The course is "double line" so you take it as 2 subjects, it consists of 6 hours of cooking and two hours of theory.

Catering has a very strong practical aspect and includes planning and cooking menus for a range of occasions, including an Canapé evening and a 3 course meal.

This course is an advanced course for students with a strong interest in food and hospitality industry who are willing to apply themselves to developing their skills.
