L3 Mathematics with Calculus (L3MAC)

This course covers all aspects of the New Zealand Curriculum for year 13 Calculus and prepares students for the NCEA Level 3 assessments and beyond. An academic level of study in mathematics with a focus on ‘Merit and Excellence’ achievement at Level 3 using Mathematics and Statistics Achievement Standards This course is both internally and externally assessed and focuses on continuing to develop the higher level algebraic and calculus skills and concepts needed for tertiary study.

 Pre-requisites:  Achieved or above in  AS91261 and AS91262, or with HOD approval, or with 12+ credits in Level 2 Mathematics
