10 Athlete Development (ADP)

Students will cover the concepts of talent, leadership and character, performance development, team culture and leadership, knowledge of training programmes, injury prevention, and sports psychology.

Pre-requisites: Played sport for one full season for OHS in 2023, or with Physical Education Teacher approval
