L1 Health (L1HEA)

This course is for those students who wish to continue Health studies. Students will cover concepts of hauora, strategies to manage and enhance wellbeing, developing effective decision making processes through the key areas of learning such as mental health, relationships and sexuality and food and nutrition. This course can lead to various Health related occupations such as nursing, social work, counselling, vocations that seek to address the person holistically.
