This course is for students wishing to continue studies in Physical Education. Students will cover the concepts of functional anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, developing interpersonal skills in physical activity, analysing factors and strategies that influence physical performances. This course is a mixture of practical and theory lessons and is aimed at students wishing to work in physical education, sports science, physiotherapy, sports industry related vocations and teaching at tertiary level.
