L2 Chinese (L2CHI)

This course builds on skills and language learning in Level 1 Chinese and prepares students for achieving NCEA Level 2 Chinese. On completion of this course, students will be able to communicate a wide range of thoughts, experiences and ideas in Chinese on areas such as their own cultures and values, Chinese culture vs NZ culture, their environment and making future plans. There is an opportunity for students to participate in trips, outside competitions, and school cultural activities over the course of the year.

 Pre-requisites: Previous study at L1CHI, or with HOD approval
